7. Shipping and delivery

Products are shipped directly from China by third-party suppliers.

Order processing takes 2 to 4 business days. Delivery generally takes 10 to 20 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, destination restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Items within one order may arrive in separate packages.

8. Returns, withdrawals, and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Sonvare operates a return-free refund process. When a refund is approved, the customer is not required to physically return the product and may keep or dispose of it.

Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable period and supported by the information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.

For eligible discretionary refund requests, the standard period is 30 calendar days from delivery. European Union consumers retain any applicable statutory withdrawal rights, including the general 14-day withdrawal period, subject to legal exceptions.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days. Additional time may be required for the payment provider or financial institution to display the credit.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Personalized products

Personalized products may be excluded from discretionary refunds as described in the Return and Refund Policy.

Any exclusion applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not remove statutory remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
